Refurbished Telephones
How can I order?
Go on line www.coloradotelephone.com or call 800-530-8014.
What are your regular business hours?
Our Business hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm MST 
How long will it take to get my order? 
We offer same day shipping.  You may order next day, 2 day 3 day or ground UPS shipping.
What is refurbished?
Telephones are cleaned and tested to a like new condition and comes with a one year warrantee.
How do I sell my old equipment?
Fax a list to 719-687-6115 attn; purchasing.  We will fax you back a price if we have a use for your old equipment.

Exchange policies
Ordered the wrong part.  There will be no restocking charge if exchanged for the right part within 30 days.
Ordered part, but no longer have a use for it.  If returned within 30 days there will be a 20% restocking charge.

Warrantee
One year warrantee on all new and refurbished products with advanced replacement.  Voice mail and cordless phones will be repair only after 30 days.
